At BookPost, we believe travel planning should be stress-free. Every standard room reservation made directly through BookPost is eligible for 100% full refund free cancellation within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Tiers

Depending on the rate category selected during check-out:

• Flexible Rate: Cancel up to 48 hours prior to check-in time for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Standard Rate: Cancel up to 7 days prior to check-in for a 90% refund.
• Non-Refundable Promo Rates: These special promotional rates cannot be canceled or modified after the initial 24-hour grace period.

4. Refund Processing Timeline
